Tom Trotter is a 35+ year aerospace manufacturing operations executive, having had full P&L accountability for major divisions at Precision Castparts (PCC), Chromalloy, and Howmet.
Throughout his career, Tom has excelled at value creation through operational performance turn-around of several complex manufacturing operations, strategic integration of company capabilities, and major facility construction and upgrades to significantly enhance profitability, production growth, and delivery reliability.
Tom’s initial career experience included engineering development to produce the initial turbine hardware for the F119 turbine engine, utilized today in the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft, the F-22 and F-35.
Tom attended Purdue University, and holds a Bachelor of Science, and MBA degrees from Kent State University. He additionally holds certifications in LEAN implementation and 6-Sigma.
Chris Krebs is the founder and owner of Fighter Jet Metals, a leading provider of titanium, stainless steel, and nickel materials for the aerospace sector. Fighter Jet Metals sources raw material globally, providing value added processes and ensuring strict quality control requirements are met for Tier 1 aerospace suppliers.
Chris’ contract negotiation skills, sourcing capabilities and production knowledge have produced significant savings for FJM customers. Additionally, FJM supports Navy, Air Force, and Army Blanket Purchase Agreements to supply key metals for critical applications.
Prior to forming FJM, Chris worked in private equity, raising capital for companies such as SpaceX, AirBnB, Blue Origin, Virgin Orbit, and Impossible Foods through the pre-IPO stage.
Chris is a graduate of the Florida Atlantic University, College of Business, and holds Series 66, Series 7, and SIE credentials.
